Recommendedque es muy cómodo muy limpio y muy buen servicio
Rooms were dirty. Carpet was wet and smelled. Shower had hairs and yellow gunk. Faucet was broken and only worked for cold or scolding hot water. Pool area was also dirty. Random things, hair, and paper product floating in the pool. This hotel needs a deep clean and a renovation.
Ants in the room, musty smell in the room and the card swipe machines outside to get into the building work randomly. Trash place, do better and go elsewhere.

Bed covers had yellow stains, clothes on the back of the couch, shower curtain was dirty and moldy. People up late in the pool, drinking. Manager doesn’t allow certified service dogs. It’s not just that she doesn’t like Latinos we were treated awful. Even corporate couldn’t speak to her. I made a report hopefully Holiday Inn corporate office will do something soon
Had a reservation for over a month. Showed up and they sent us across the street to a sheraton. said they had no rooms. no apologies, explanation, nothing.
