The lobby looks recently updated and the fitness area is nice, but it stops there. The rooms are outdated with furniture that looks a good 30-40 years old at minimum. For about $10-20 more a night you can stay on the water at the Westin in modern rooms. On the positive side the staff at this holiday inn are very nice and the hotel is clean... it's just outdated.
Awesome visit!! .. Staff GREAT & FRIENDLY!! .. Rooms were EXCELLENT & bed VERY COMFY!! .. Free shuttle to & from 3 mile radius and free shuttle to the port for our cruise!! .. Then when get back, give them a call & they will pick you up & bring back to the hotel & your vehicle. (By the way, they charged HALF of what port parking costs per day!!) ... Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!
estoy muy molesto con una travajadora q me ignoro cuando le fui a desir q xq me despertaban cuando yo tengo un enfermo en el hospital de a lado y estabamos mui cansados y me ignoro me dio mucho coraje xq es una paisana pero no cave duda q siempre la misma jente de uno es mas culera q otra rrasa pero nimodo no deveria ser asi el cliente es primero i se debe tratar bien
