very good place we stay here when we go on cruises they have a shuttle to the port when you book the room.
Very clean rooms and Extremely comfortable beds. Has a place under the horel to park your car if you're boarding a ship the next day as long as your a guest.
This hotel was great. We were able to check right in without any wait. The staff were excellent. Our room was really good. Parking in the underground parking garage was nice. The hot tub was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices. Terrific that it was included with the room and kids eat free. We were also pleased that the park and cruise and shuttle to the port were included in the price of our stay and not an extra charge. We had a problem (self-inflicted. Why just 1 star, because I spoke to my bank they show no deposit refund from 11/2 when we left I was told our deposit would be refunded by noon that was 4 days ago. Spoke Deflina, Susan and then mgr Arthur who said he check and call me back, called again, he's gone for the day. They all blame the bank which it is not my bank, I requested an email stating they will be refunding my $100.01 but never got it, called again Susan said she keeps getting an error msg. Left Arthur another rude message cause I'm getting sick of these ... read more
