No hAnd towels used wash cloth no coffee cups no water cups. Trash in parking lot. Noisy all night.
3 people in a room and you are only allowed 2 towels. even asked for 3 and I have to hand over the used ones first and still only 2 towels. thanks.

Absolute trash customer service & disgusting rooms. My friend had stayed here for ONE night was charged 100$ then an extra 50$ a day AFTER leaving because apparently the housekeeper smelt marijuana. Although they never called the police which if it was true they WOULD HAVE. The man that runs the hotel even stated that she is legally obligated to call the police since marijuana is still illegal in WI. My sister and I were to spend 3 nights in Fairbanks as part of a two-week trip and cruise in Alaska, which was suspended due to COVID. Although the rate was non-refundable, I inquired about the possibility of moving the reservation to the same days in 2021. I tried to contact the hotel directly and through Orbitz at least a half dozen times and have not gotten any response - not even an acknowledgement.
