Skyler is awesome! Worked hard to get us rooms last minute! Had a huge group that was tired and she handled our situation professionally and with speed.
This location was a mixed bag. Some employees were great, while others ignored people standing at the front desk waiting for help, or answered "yep" to anything said or asked to them. The rooms were fairly dirty. Hair was still on the sofa and floor when we first checked in. The sink stopper was detached from the bathroom sink and was just left there. Our stay at this lovely Holiday Inn & Suites location was perfect. The front desk workers were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very tasty. There were so many choices. We had a hard time choosing what to eat! Kudos to the pantry staff! Our room on the first floor was immaculate, well kept, and the beds were very comfortable. Watch out if you use a 3rd party app. Agoda was the app I have used many times but today I learned it’s not worth the 20 bucks it saves, at least at this hotel. I had a conformation for a few weeks of a 2 queen bed room with sofa bed and the day before arrival holiday inn overbooked and canceled my room on me. So they of course want to get their 20 bucks from their app over agoda but it was just crappy. Never had that happen before but this hotel seems to not care about 3rd party apps so watch out if you use one. I really do... read more
