I booked this hotel by mistake, I had stayed a few times previously, so they had my credit card number. It was 11pm at night on a confusing website. I emailed the hotel immediately after it happened. I was emailed back by the general manager Junelle Samblanet, stating it was after 6pm and there is no refund. they charged me $211.00. Now I have to dispute it through my credit card company. The hotel is great, but the customer service is very bad... now they lost my business.
Spent the night here after flying from Scotland the staff were polite, warm and welcoming the room was lovely and the continental breakfast was excellent
Great little hotel. Good position from airport and efficient bus shuttle service. Friendly staff, lovely little pool. My kids had a ball with the free pancakes from the machine. Good breakfast too.

I stayed here for a week on vacation and I loved it! The staff was nice and helped us out! The pool was very clean.
