Recommendedcheck in was easy. staff was great
Staff was very helpful , room was clean
when we arrived at the airport i had to call the hotel 5 x before the shuttle came to get us. check in was very fast and easy. the pool is nice with a great view of the bay. our room had a great view and was nice however there is definately an ant problem in the hotel. breakfast was good.

I just want to say thank you to the housekeeping and front desk staff. I had left my son’s birthday card with a twenty dollar bill in it and some prescription medicine in a nightstand’s drawer. Housekeeping found it, and turned it in. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful when I called, and after checking with housekeeping informed me the staff had found and turned in the medicine as well as the card with the cash in it. Clean spacious and very helpful
Everything else is fine except can’t escape being force fed the noise in and of both lobby and breakfast bar tv screens... and elevator and pool area often overloaded with Top 40 noise evidently chosen and at a volume to keep the younger staff happy.
