Very unprofessional staff! We checked in our room...room had dirty towels. The hotel is smoke free and our room smells like smoke. My child has bad allergies and they will not accommodate us. STAY AWAY
Our furniture has holes in it. When we called to confirm our reservation they said we didn’t have one. So my husband called and made a second reservation for the same hotel. Frustrating...

Place was FILTHY. you have to schedule Room service. They haven’t cleaned the common areas in quite a while. Beds are like cement. Never again. Worst holiday inn ever !
