Recommendedbeen coming here for 6 years the staff and ambience make it feel like a home from home. very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities what more could you ask for.

We invaded the hotel with 50 something women and the staff was on point with everything. We will be visiting again in 2020 �����
My wife and I are currently guests and we have nothing but praise, the staff are cheerful, friendly and genuinely engaging and the services this hotel offers make your stay even more enjoyable. We love the free shuttle service, the enjoyable breakfast and milk and cookies before bed ... and not forgetting happy hour with free wine, beer and soft drinks and absolutely delicious nachos. I would recommend this hotel to others without reservation ... or even if they have a reservation �
Mellisa was very efficient with my check in yesterday ! I requested that I can stay in the same room come Friday if a cancellation happens , and she made a note and said they would try to accommodate me! She also squeezed me in on s early check in after being up for 24 hours ! Thx very good location and quiet!
If you seek affordable lodgings close to Old Town Scottsdale, I highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff!
Accommodation is great but customer service is poor. Don't lose your key if you rent a safety deposit box. I lost mine and was charged $590 (£473) for a locksmith to gain entry to it so I could retrieve my passport. The locksmith was astonished that they didn't have a master key. It appears the hotel will not take any responsibility for the security of your property while in their custody. They were not prepared to pay for my genuine mistake. BE WARNED!!!
