I’m convinced they must just delete negative reviews, so let’s test that theory. Currently staying here and haven’t slept in two nights because of the lack of air conditioning and the constant road noise outside of our window. Can someone explain to me how a hotel in ARIZONA doesn’t have AC that actually works?! We have it set as low as it will go and it won’t even kick on at night and doesn’t even have a fan that you can turn to run constantly. After getting a room in another hotel that was atrocious even though it’s a well-known hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the open pool, the large rooms, and the Groupon savings, we were so blessed to find this place.
