Breakfast was good. Room was clean & spacious. Staff was friendly & helpful.
I love HIE but this one was not one of the best! No ice in the ice machines, no water in the vending machines, usually have fruit out for the guests during the day but not here! All in all a good stay but Hampton is starting to look better on a regular basis!
Great location close to airport. Had a very comfortable stay.
Loved that they are pet friendly. We're a military family traveling across country and we were able to stay with our four fur children. They even worked with us so we could rest another night. Breakfast was pretty great and I loved that they put us on the first floor. The staff was super accommodating. The older lady that worked the graveyard shift was super diligent when it came to getting everything done right. I appreciated it!
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our complaint was with the microwave that was useless ( it wouldn't pop a small bag of popcorn) and at the breakfast the toaster wouldn't toast a muffin it only had enough power to warm it. I would think that with the amount of people coming through that they would supply their guests with workable appliances
I checked in early without issue. Room was fine (lighting in the bathroom was almost non-existent though). Free breakfast was nice. Cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly - others not so much. The location is why I picked this hotel. I would go back.
Super CLEAN suite with 2 person jacuzzi tub. Staff was super friendly. Quiet location. Safe area. One of the only hotels with in room spa that will take dog. Will stay again. 8 minutes to the Pepermill or Atlantis, 3 minutes to the GCR. A little overpriced. Nice indoor pool and spa.
