Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed that we had apparently reserved the room for the night prior by mistake. The manager refused to change the reservation, give us a discount towards that nights stay or help in any way. She was extremely rude and this was a very disappointing experience for us. We will no longer choose holiday inn when we travel.
Definitely LAZY, Bad SERVICE. I’m an IHG member and it’s always a hassle to have Holiday Inn employees follow through. My 3 day stay at this holiday inn they conveniently “Forgot” to add my 500 extra points for not using room service. After a 23min phone call I finally got a HUMAN that added my points. Then I happen to look at my bill and they tried to pull a fast one and charge me $20 extra my 2nd & 3rd night.... the Manager wasn’t in so now I have to call back tomorrow to get her to correct it. Pulled in finally after 2.5 days and 1900 miles in the road with 2 large dogs. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Guest laundry was nice to have since we beat the movers and needed to wash clothes. Just a bit expensive IMO but overall was an excellent stay
