Service was very good. Hotel was neat and clean. The reason for 3 stars is that I left my favorite Banana Republic long cardigan there in our room and when we called to claim 48 hours later, they told us that it was not in the lost and found bin. I do claim responsibility for forgetting my sweater there when we left the area but I am disappointed because I was relying on the staff to hold the sweater in their lost bin. This is the place to stay, loved the staff, rooms, beds are good and comfy, breakfast was real good, I give it 5 stars, and close to the ocean..will stay here again.
