Bed covers had yellow stains, clothes on the back of the couch, shower curtain was dirty and moldy. People up late in the pool, drinking. Manager doesn’t allow certified service dogs. It’s not just that she doesn’t like Latinos we were treated awful. Even corporate couldn’t speak to her. I made a report hopefully Holiday Inn corporate office will do something soon

No customer service at all!!!! I will never stay at another Holiday Inn in my life!! Booking our room a month in advance was a complete scam because they don’t verify their rooms. Hunter gave us no options when they put us in the wrong room and then try to place blame on the third party!!! The staff was rude and yelled at us when we walked in from the beach without our masks on. Sorry but I didnt wear my mask to the beach so i forgot. Then proceeded to tell us it was a State mandate and we would be escorted off the property if we weren't wearing our masks. Alittle kindness goes a long way all the lady had to do was ask us nicely and we would've apologized for not having them on. Mind you this was the 1 time we walked by without them on. They charged me TWICE for a room I canceled and have email confirmation that I canceled. Stay away from this hotel.

Love this hotel and free hot breakfast. Always a great stay here. The breakfast attendant this morning was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located very close to beach access.

We stayed in a suite for a couple of nights during 4th of July holiday. Very clean and excellent service! We loved the pool, and breakfast was great! We will definitely be coming back!!
