We made reservations only to find out upon arriving that they were not open. Had to scramble and find other accommodations at a premium price since we were already hours from home.

LOVE THIS PLACE !! Location, service, rooms, pool, HOTTUB, food and walking distance from virtually everything. Best part... after a fun- burning morning in the beach, you can cool of IN the shade in pool and/or hottub ! Perfect xx

My husband fell ill our last night and we were in need of clean sheets. I am still waiting ... for the sheets. ... an apology ... some remorse. What they did do was accept full payment for that room. We slept on a mattress with no sheets .... after waiting for hours for sheets that were never coming with a long drive awaiting us.... and the general manager has yet to return my call.
