Loved the front desk folks, transport person and great room.
The shower drain was plugged, so the bathroom flooded. Not much room in the handicap room, don't know how a wheelchair would fit. Changed rooms and housekeeping never came. Only 1 cup in the room for coffee
To be honest this place doesn't deserve even one star! Horrible customer service, bad management and an employee pocketed the cash we used for our stay and we ended up getting charged twice. And no help at all from the staff.
The lady's at the front desk were very helpful and professional.
