Could have put me in a room that did not have bed bugs. Room 335 ... horrible itching for days.

RecommendedI LOVE this Holiday Inn Express, It is my "GO-TO" Hotel when I get off of my flights out of BWI Airport, The hotel is IMMACULATE, The staff is very friendly and professional and the rooms make you feel like you're at home...Its why I've been coming here for years.
RecommendedThe staff here was unbelievable and professional. When my girlfriend needed extra stuff, like extra soaps, towels, they were very accommodating. It was very clean. The only issue and it’s a minor one, would have been to have the air on because it was pretty warm when I got here on Day 1. On the breakfast, it was very good and would highly recommend it.

Excellent service very accommodating . Rooms were very roomy exceptionally clean and lobby area is huge . The best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in.

Please don't ever stay here. My son, who is in the Air Force, made reservations with them through a third party. His military flight got moved up a day, so he did not need the hotel. When he cancelled, they would not reimburse him. They kept saying it was the third party company, but the third party company said they paid the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-bwi Airport West for my son's stay, and that its the Holiday Inn Express that was the one that would not refund him.
