This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff is apathetic. I called to hold a Room and found out that they put me in for a prepaid reservation. I found out I did not need the Room and they refused to refund my money. They lied and cheated me and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. This is the worst place I have ever Dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone . They are not intrested in helping only charging you for something you do not get
RecommendedPark & Fly Package was the best!
It's very clean, bur the guy at the front desk told me they hold a "security deposit" at this hotel! I don't know what was up with that. I paid through a third party booking. I told him I didn't have enough in my account for a deposit. I stood there waiting for him to figure out what he was going to do and he eventually just gave me my room. Seemed shady to me.
