I enjoyed my stay there with family with a chartred bus trip. I only thing I didn't like was our room wasn't thoroughly clean and when asked for a couple of face cloths you are not given them. Never heard of such a service.
A Supreme hotel. Wonderful staff. Could not stay in a finer hotel and I stay in many!
If you are use to the best....then you just struck gold.... what an amazing staff....and Yolanda, and the others are great... I will name them all later.....
The room was very clean, the staff was very helping and positive towards all people. The breakfast was immaculate. 10/10 stay.
Bed bug and indifferent staff. Rented this room for 4 hours of sleep after 12 hours of overnight work. When reported the manager on duty first denied there was bed bug and later was indifferent. Stay here only if you want bed bug in your home.
Efficient and welcoming staff. Hotel and rooms are clean . Would definitely stay again

Great location and they are remodeling the hotel to bring it up to date. Breakfast could be a little more desirable but very nice hotel...
