I enjoyed my stay, first time staying there. Nice clean rooms, everything worked. Parking was good, enjoy my room view on third floor.
My husband and I stay here regularly as our base for visiting children and grandchildren in the Bay Area. The hotel is always clean and the service good on a regular basis. We like having breakfast at the on site restaurant, too. On our last trip, we needed extra help managing our reservation, and Duncan Changeur was especially friendly and helpful at the front desk. We have found this attitude to hold true for all of the staff who have helped us over the years.
I have been staying at this Holiday Inn for work since the first part of the year. The rooms are clean and the staff are terrific. There have been a few small issues - of course, with a stay as long as mine, there are bound to be hiccups, but each time, management and the front office staff have been outstanding. I was disappointed with the lack of information from front desk. No mention of where things were aka, restaurant, weather they offered Continental breakfast, just a welcoming feeling of hey we're glad your here and and overview of just basics a guest staying would need to know. It's very loud on the hotel it sounded like elephants over my head. The room's were very clean, comfortable bed. My stay wasn't great.

First timer from UK. Staff very nice. Made to feel welcome even though I had a strange accent.
