RecommendedMy recent stay was an excellent. My associates and I had a wonderful time at your hotel but I believe most of us would have liked access to the pool as everyone else besides our convention group was apparently allowed 24 hr access but our group was chased away by security. I hope this was not an oversight or a mistake by staff. Most of the staff was great and the front desk staff helped me through an apparent attempt at ID theft
The best customer service in Dublin. The hotel is great but the people who work there make it special. The front desk is always fantastic and the management team is always helpful and supportive. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This hotel is absolutely 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all round. It’s beautiful, clean, chic and well designed. The staff is hospitable, professional, caring and they make my stay enjoyable and memorable every time. I have use the ballroom for the past 9 years for my company party every Christmas and I must say that I am truly blessed with their services. Highly recommend them for any services. I recently stayed there. The room total was $240. It was awful. The wi-fi didn't work, the breakfast was $15, the back slider did not lock, the bed creaked...The manager did call me personally, and all I was offered was 5000 points on my next visit to a Holiday Inn. We travel ALOT. We typically stay at either Holiday Inn or Best Western. Time to move on.
The manager is so helpful and has made our challengers team welcome. He is the best. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is so delicious and at good hours. Indoor pool a big plus especially if you got kids. Today we got lucky to see a beautiful wedding event, that was a plus. You could see they had good service and the patio they have here is beautiful. Another plus is the restaurant here. Delicious food. I will definitely be coming here for now on and I highly recommend this hotel. 5 star......
