We stayed one night and in the morning at 7:00 am someone called the room stating that the computers went down during the night and He needed our information to re enter the booking, he asked for our credit card number and personal information. When I repoeted this to the front desk, nothing was done. When we were ready to leave, I noticed the plastic covers of the windshield wipers missing... someone tried to steel our wipers !
It was a nice hotel with polite employees. Actually had a smoking area outside for us smokers which I greatly appreciate. I would for sure tell people it's an awesome place to stay!
I always make it a point to stay at this hotel on business travel to my Dublin Office. The restauran, and bar here is phenomenal. The food is so fresh, and taste so good made to order. There is a Outback across the parking lot, and they actually put them to shame. This is a good thing going here and l will keep coming back every time. Thank you Rosa and Laola you rock that restaurant.❤️
Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were rude and condescending. They actually had an armed guard wandering the halls of the hotel at night like a prison camp. The Pool/Hot tub were a disaster. The ceiling was literally falling into the pool and hot tub, I don't mean flakes of paint, I mean sections of sheet rock bigger than your average television screen were falling into the pool and hot tub and after being told multiple times during my two week stay they still did nothing about it and didn't even ca... read more
