RecommendedRooms are spacious equipped with all of the essentials, Lazy river is great with the exception of not having enough tubes. I purchased a 3 day pass which included miniature golf. I do plan to visit again, not sure if you can bring your own tubes. Check in during Covid-19 was good, not enough social distancing at the pool, maybe because two of the pools were closed. I did call 📞 to make sure pools where open . Too pushy at Check in I was not interested in time share. Besides the small things, facility very clean.

Third time being here and sad to say probably won’t be returning until some of the staff knows how to treat their guests. Some were extremely rude and they handle Situations poorly and it is an incredibly poor reflection on the entire IHG corporation. They’re extremely scattered and whenever I had an issue and addressed it, I did not hear one apology. The only thing to Come out of their mouths was justifications. I honestly can’t wait to go home tomorrow morning
some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. would never recommend you to spend your money on this place. the bartender delilah should not be in this industry! so disrespectful, rude, and she made one of my days dreadful to the point I will tell others. if you're reading this I recommend looking into other resorts with friendlier staff.
