Was booked and canceled by a rude Representative Robert. A week before my daughter birthday due to we were Orlando residents.

RecommendedIt’s exactly like everyone says it would be. This resort being where it all started lived up to its name. We had a blast and can’t wait to go again!

Recommendedcheck in was different but manageable. Security guard let's you know to text "checkin" at arrival to the resort to put you on the queue, 5 minutes later we got the call to confirm all our information, 10 minutes later text is rec'd to come inside to sign, voila! Nori our guest specialist was very informative, courteous and fast. Daniel, a manager, came over greeted us and we had a pleasant chat. Our bungalow was sealed to confirm it was disinfected, fully renovated and we are very happy with the process during covid.
