New owners here last year... Back for the first time being an owner. Reserved 2 units. 1 2 bedroom unit and also a 3 bedroom unit is the east village. We got here to check in at 4pm.. Were not able to check in till 445pm... when we got things going was told that they didnt have any 3 bedroom units avail. and we could only have 2 bedroom units. They then said that the the east village was not open and that we would have to go to the north village. They finally offered to give us 3 2 bed units which we agreed to... While at ch... read more
I checked in today, June 6th, around 2:00pm and was told my room was not ready yet, which was not a big deal because I know check-in is 4:00pm. However, after three and a half hours of waiting my room was finally ready at 5:30pm. I spoke with numerous staff members multiple times at the registration area and they kept telling me the housekeeping manager would be calling me within 5-10 minutes to resolve the issue. Please do not become an owner a total rip off! Even during a Pandemic they hound you for fees! The entire ownership is a money pit! They have no consideration for owners they just want their money! Worst investment ever!!!!!!!!!!! Think before you invest they make it sound awesome! Just use a travel agent, its cheaper!
