Just returned from a 5 night stay. Was my 3rd visit since 2004, and by far the worst visit. They knew at the front desk I wanted to do the water sports, but never told me it closed at 5pm. Went over to ride the jet ski's on my only available date there and missed it because it rained till 5pm and it closed at 5pm which I thought it closed at 8pm like the pools.
