Horrific customer service. My friend Jessie Henry canceled a booking a week in advance and was met with absolutely unreasonable means; the hotel has not returned her calls, blocked her on social media, and now my friend and her company are out $$$ for a room they did not utilize. If you are in the Burbank area, stay anywhere but here!
My friend, Jessie Henry, booked a room and with a WEEKS notice she canceled it. They charged anyway over $300, and blocked for from contacting them on Facebook. SCAMMERS.
This company clearly does not care about their customers. They have refused to refund a room Jessie Henry canceled a week in advance. To add insult to injury, they blocked her on Facebook messenger and won't return her calls. Highly unprofessional!
This hotel has awful customer service and a terrible cancellation policy. Upon trying to cancel a room a week in advance, Jessie Henry was treated poorly and the staff were both rude and unavailable to meet her requests. I would highly advise anyone thinking of staying here to consider otherwise.
They won't return my calls, blocked my Facebook messages, and have been super rude to me because I'm asking for a refund on a room I canceled a week ahead of time.

I have forward your comments to our Director of Rooms in regards to your parking frustration. I am sorry you didn’t ring the help button when at the kiosk but I am sure this can be resolved. We are glad you were relocated to a quieter room. Our staff works hard to correct problems.

Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and roomy, and it's location is great if your in the LA/Hollywood area! Parking is $16 a day, but it's about the going rate for overnight parking in most places, so that wasn't a big deal.
Love everything about this hotel except they now charge for parking. Location is perfect for access to good food and bars.
