The hotel is great but the staff is not friendly, no free breakfast even coffee i won’t recommend this hotel to my friends.. 👎🏻
Place is immaculate, rooms are spotlessly clean, neat & smell great & the service is hospitable! Everyone greets you with a smile��. Definitely coming again if in the neighborhood �
RecommendedThe room was perfect and all. My only concerned was when I was booking the room, I was told that there was a complimentary breakfast for kids, it wasn't clear to me that Adult had to purchased a meal in order to get a complimentary meal for kids.
Wonderful Hotel . Very Clean . Friendly Staff . 12 o clock Check Out is Really convenient . Very Safe Neighborhood . Convenient Lighted Parking Structure . I have been Coming to this Hotel for the last 12 years when I pass through Burbank and Will Continue doing so .
The room was nice and clean. The workers could be BENEFIT be much friendlier training!!!!!!!!! They would give us a 15 minutes past checkout at 11:00am. We were told that’s if we stayed one minute passed checkout we would forced to pay another $150 for a full day. They shorted us 2 towels. I went to the housekeeper working I. The room next door and asked if I could one towel for my daughter trying to shower. They wouldn’t give me an extra wash cloth.
