Good Afternoon from London! I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service for my stay at the above address for my stay on 17 June. Not only was it a great hotel to stay at, with a lovely pool (for the Hollywood Dead Film Fest, as indicated below) but when I suddenly realised I had left my passport in the drawer at your hotel and had to rush back, the staff were really helpful. Had friends over in the bar for USC /UCLA game for my birthday and everyone was great and had a fantastic time!
Breakfast in hotel over priced for the gross food they serve. Right now elevators are scary slow..9th floor smells ..rooms ok.
The entire complex has been remodeled. The staff was so friendly. At check-in they got us a room on the same floor as my cousin. We didn't want to leave the hotel the first night, so we went up the Chrystal Room on the 18th floor for drinks and snacks. Heath made our evening!!! Service was outstanding and so friendly. Breakfast the next morning was made perfect by the outstanding service provided by Leo. Thank you Holiday Inn Burbank Media Center for a great weekend.

I try to go for hotels that I can trust and there's no way I'm staying here. My friend Jessie Henry was told she would get refunded for cancelling and then when that didn't happen she tried contacting them, however they've not been answering on any platforms. This is a really bad way of doing business. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed...and angry
Completely disrespectful and unreasonable. Wouldn't even recommend to my neighbor who's dog always wakes me up at 3am.
Very upset about their non refund policy. Jessie Henry cancelled a week ahead of time and they still won’t refund! Staff won’t return calls and have been rude. They need better customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
This hotel will not grant Jessie Henry a refund, though she requested it in ample time. When she reached out for help, they simply did enough to make it look like they cared publicly (on Facebook), without doing anything to actually rectify the situation. Do not stay here; they clearly do not care about their customers.
