You may call it a huge cave but the Christensen family called it home. This 5000 sq ft cave-home comprises of fourteen marvellous rooms and other attractions. Including a zoo of exotic animals, an artwork exhibition by Lyle Nichols and a gift shop, this unique home is a fantastic work of art. Impossible to miss, this humongous structure, modeled right inside the Utah canyons, is located along Highway 191. Built over a period of a century, this historic home is open to public all year long and is an absolute must visit.

I loved the history of it, the tour guide.... well let's just say she probably shouldn't work there. She didn't like anyone asking questions and she hurried us through the tour in about 7 minutes. They need to do a better job of honoring the couple who so tirelessly built this.
Well worth the short drive out of Moab to check out this delightfully different experience! Feeding the animals was a thrill, and the home was beyond amazing, with just the right amount of bizarre. A must see!!
I'd like to one day brother my my son to see this. The tour is a must see!
