Holcim finally admitted that they made a mistake and sent the wrong concrete. I was told that I should have a refund 8 January and it’s now been over 5 weeks and still no refund. I have had minimal returned phone calls. Their policy requires up front payment so it wasn’t cheap and I’ve been paying interest on my credit card for thousands of dollars.
