Worst customer service ever!!! Was trying to return items that was bought online...Horrible !! Guy by the name Doug...wasn't friendly at all...They return policy said call or email to get RMA number...never get back to you ...at the end when you called ..Mr.Shouldn't be customer's support said...we can't send you rma by email!!!!! You should write it !!! Its our policy!!! Come on!!! Mr.Doug....maybe you should read your policy carefully!!!! And Lerner some good manners too...!!!

My wife and I each got the Brooks GTS 13, and so far I've put almost 400 miles on my shoes just walking everyday... that's not including wearing them throughout the rest of the day... I would recommend this store and shoe for anyone looking for an awesome shoe and an awesome store... I also got a pair of Asic Gel Nimbus 15's... and put almost 300 miles on those... Both shoes are awesome... Would recommend both.. Also, they was shipped to us in Nc, and arrived exactly like they said they would... Highly recommend !! :)
I ordered a tennis racquet on Thursday AM and paid $20 for overnight shipping. The next day, I received a call letting me know that the item was now "released" and would arrive on Monday, 4 days after I ordered it. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that I could cancel the order if I wanted. The customer service is truly horrible and I encourage you to shop elsewhere.

Best prices around! I'm hooked! I was skeptical thinking there was no way running shoes could b this cheap. My co-workers told me "they look legit with their securities on the web". Then I saw you guys were in Runnersworld magazine and got excited bc you had to be legit. Ordered some ASIC Kayanos $84, free shipping! Got them quick! I love it! I'm hooked and telling everyone I know!

I usually don't do reviews but I got the best customer service last night! I bought a pair of shoes fromhere about 2 weeks ago. I started to run in them and they gave me blisters in my arch. I took them back and they didnt just exchange them. George took his time finding me the right shoes for my oddly shape feet. Best customer service around! Plus a great selection of shoes!
i've been going to holabird for a few years now for running shoes- have always been pleased with the selection and the knowledge level of the staff. the hours of the warehouse/store are a little wonky, but the website more than makes up for it. my new Sauconys were a fantastic price and arrived super fast...the free shipping was just icing on the cake.
