I have had a good experience when I visit in person. Competitive prices and the staff is hit or miss in the knowledge department. But I am self sufficient kind of customer.
Great from start to finish. I Ordered online, and they called to confirm I am me. The shoes arrived three days later using the standard free shipping. They were waiting at my door when I got back from my 20 mile run. Five weeks until my first marathon and these treds will carry me to the finish.

Love the selection and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, if you give them your drivers license in order to get shoes to try on, PLEASE check the license when they return it to make sure it is yours.
