My rating for this place is Fair..... it would have been great 5 star but i had disappointing news today. I order Tennis balls, Hopper and two bags. My order came with the balls, the hopper but one bag. The other bag was on backorder per the slip included with my order. I hadn't heard anything for two weeks so I called today and they told me there were no notes on my file to even call me when the bag came in. So they shipped my order without the bag, never expected to call me so I would have been sitting waiting for the bag ... read more

I waited 3 weeks for "backordered" shoes I was told the shoes were discontinued and that I would have to pay the difference for the updated shoe version. The company would not honor my order and does not care about quality customer service.
