I have ordered from Holabird a couple of times - UCan stuperstarch - and have always been satisfied. However, on my last order, I was greeted with an explosion of powder when I opened the box - the seal had somehow broken in transit :( I emailed Holabird to see how I could get a new one, and within hours, I had a message on my phone from a friendly rep who said they were simply mailing me a new one! I am thrilled at this level of customer service and will continue to shop at Holabird.
I have ordered running shoes here many times. I have always gotten the best price and service. The order is always timely shipped and arrived here in Texas when it is supposed to. It's rRe to get such excellent service these days so appreciate Holabird and will give them my business
Just got my Ryka zumba shoes. From the great price to the incredibly fast shipping, I am now a big fan. I've worn Ryka for years and wanted a very particular style and color. Holabird Sports was one of the very few sites that had what I wanted. This was a great transaction overall and I'm excited to have my shoes for next week's classes. Thanks much!
This company is a joke, I ordered two boxes of gels and one was already expired, the other one will expire soon. Would not recommend and will never buy again from Holabird Sports. Stay away!
Great experience buying running shoes. George and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great selection and price. Was shown the best shoe for me and not what was the most expensive. Can't see myself buying running shoes anywhere else.

Customer service is fantastic. I always receive orders within 48 hours (most of the time, less) of placing my order. I just called regarding a defective shoe and was given no trouble whatsoever in getting it returned. I always recommend Holabird to everyone. Thank you!
