Placed a phone order for a pair of sneakers and the representative said I was allowed 2 pairs maximum, in addition to having many sizes available. I ordered 2, and she asked if I wanted it shipped in a box for an extra $15. The sneakers come delivered and I was not told that 1 of them was cancelled. I emailed customer service regarding this issue and I did not get a response back. I drive over an hour to have my rackets strung here. The people are so friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a wide selection of tennis gear.
Poor/lack of customer service. Bought a pair of asics was wrong size for that style, should have told me when I called for RA to purchase the size I wanted. Never will use site again.
