I have been buying my shoes on line at Holabird for as long as I can remember. I've never had a problem so I can't speak to how they would resolve one. Always fast delivery. They have the best prices on the shoes I want, bar none. I recommend them to everyone I know who wants to save money.

The worst customer service ever. They advertised two day shipping on their website and then shipped my order ground which would have meant it arrived after I left for my vacation. They refused to change the shipping to my hotel or to overnight it to me at home.
I saw the mixed reviews for their online service after I'd already placed my order. All I can say is my order was without issue. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and had a shipping notification by Monday afternoon. The shoes arrived quickly and were exactly what I expected.
