Holabird sells and takes payment for shoes they don't have nor will ever have in stock. Shady.
I love Holabird Sports! They have a great selection of shoes. I called ahead, and the nice person who answered the phone helped me pick out shoes and let me know if they had them in my size. When I got there, someone helped me find a third pair to try out. Everyone is very friendly, and they take time to understand what you really need. So far, I’ve bought my first pair of running shoes and my first pair of strength training shoes here. It’s well worth the long drive!
Very unhappy with the service. They sent the wrong (cheaper) balls, promised to ship out new ones when they arrived back, and then took three days and a phone call before they shipped me new ones.
I ordered my 2nd pair of On Cloud after I loved my first ones which I also got from Holabird. This time the order wasn’t processed for 3 days and I needed the new pairs for my vacation (hiking). Called them and spoke to Jane - she made me a lifetime customer for HB sports. Not only she made sure I get the shoes on time but she was nice on the phone and very pleasant. That’s how you do business - thank you.

Can't say too much bc I ordered on line. And I already knew the shoe type, fit, and size. But my shoes were priced right, and shipped the same day. Not too mention they arrived before they were supposed too. The box was wrapped pretty nicely. So I would happily order again.
I can not say enough about Holabird Sports. Their customer service has been amazing! What earned them my 5 Star rating was how fast they ship and get the products to your door. I live in Texas, and no more than 2-3 days shipping...WOW.
I ordered a a box of gels online as this was one of the few places I could find it. A couple of the gels sprung a leak at some point. After reaching out to Holabird sports they are making it right and refunding me for the damaged product without any hassle. Great customer service! Thank you.
