Placed order on Thursday August 6 with overnight shipping. Recieved a call late Friday informing me they would not be able to ship my shoes until Monday. Lady was rude on the phone and I wound up removing the $20 overnight shipping since I wasn't getting what I paid for in the first place. Just got tracking information and my package isn't due to arrive until Tuesday the 18th?! I am less than 1000 miles away. Are they sending my shoes by donkey?! Shipping was pretty slow but you get what you pay for on that. Got my shoes just like I ordered right size and all I even got them a lot cheaper than other websites. Well worth the wait!
Customer service was excellent, I got great advice about buying a racquet, I was able to test out racquets before purchasing one.
Check Holabird Sports out....their pricing is great, better than Amazon Prime for sure! I saved $60 on my New Balance sneakers and couldn't be happier. Ordered my sneaks over the wknd and a box was delivered to my doorstep today!

Holabird sports helped me find shoes that were right for me, explained what kind of shoes I needed and why. They were so helpful. I ordered shoes all the way from Texas since I'm in AIT here at Ft.
