Customer service was excellent, I got great advice about buying a racquet, I was able to test out racquets before purchasing one.
Recently got some running shoes from Holabird that did not work out. Sent back for an exchange with a free prepaid label emailed to me. The amazing thing is that my exchange shoes were sent out the same day they received my return package, NOW THAT IS FAST AND IMPRESSIVE! Great customer service and good prices will make me a repeat customer in the near future. Thanks Holabird!

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER....Placed an order for Brooks Adrenaline, payment was accepted and today I receive a refund on my order. My question is simple....Why advertise that you have a shoe in a particular size, accept payment and then a few days later cancel the order and refund the payment? I suspect they never had the shoe in the first place. There are many, many other shoe sites to order from that don’t do this to a paying customer.

I kinda feel duped. They sort of imply that returns are free mentioning a return bag is included in your order but I need to return shoes and find out I have to pay to ship them back. I never would have purchased if I knew I'd have to pay to return. I won't be shopping Holabirds again.
