If you use a Groupon and go during the day, they charge you extra for drinks. I'm not talking about happy hour, but just during regular hours. They claim that drinks cost more at night, so their normal daytime charge is a "special" so the Groupon doesn't apply. Huh? The server was totally unsympathetic, said we were the first ones to complain, said we were getting a good deal anyway, and made it pretty clear they don't like Groupons. Well, if you like loud, obnoxious, puking drunk people who hump each other on the dance floor while the bartenders keep refilling their glasses, then you'll love this place. Even back in 80's, the DJ was so vulgar, encouraging couples to be as sexual as possible while dancing, I was embarrassed to bring a date. A club can be exciting, fun, and provocative without being trashy. Hoggsbreath has an appropriate name. Disgusting. Their success attests to their popularity. Just be sure to shower after you get home.
