Kim and her crew gave me exactly what I wanted for my front yard and were very easy to work with. I routinely get neighbors stopping as they drive by to comment about how good it looks.

First, they had to cancel several times because according to Kim their workers kept quitting, so Tom couldn't get to my house... looking back I'm not surprised. Second, what started out as an estimated quote about tripped when handed the final bill. Tom's labor was one price per hour, which I agreed, then surprisingly he brought two helpers for which I surprisingly expected to pay hourly rates for both of them too. Kim, Tom and their crew were a real pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable in everything they did. They responded quickly to our questions and worked with us on some design changes. All was done exactly as we wanted it and at a very reasonable price.

Tom and Kim have been terrific to work with- they provide excellent customer service along with timely and concise communication, values that seem to be absent amongst many businesses these days. Another of those values has been service after the sale. Unlike other businesses I've dealt with in the past, Tom and Kim have been available and responsive with any questions and concerns that I've had.
