RecommendedI am typically very pleased with the service and customer service that I receive from Hoffman. This last time though gives me reason to pause. I had a simple 10,000 service done. I was provided with a loaner and I told the rep that I needed my car ready by 1:00 pm ( as I had something to do and would not be back before the service department closed.
