I don't usually write reviews but the service I always get at Hoffman Lexus makes me feel like writing this. There is a tech there by the name of Derek Sulliman who I always do my road tests with and he always provides me with the best service and advisement. I have never met a tech more thorough & knowledgeable and he just always seems to go the extra mile. That seems to be very hard to find these days and he is an absolute asset to the Hoffman group. Thanks Derek!

Need more customer service experience,need to smile when every customers comes in ,like hello welcome to Hoffman Lexus how can I help you something like that whether buy or not ,people there for reasons,try not to be bossy all sales persons and managers also need to learn something respectable attitude,fix it and Hoffman will better in a future
