worst experience ever at this dealership my sister-in-law was put through hell with disrespect and rudeness and she is a Hoffman Lexus owner who wanted to purchase another Hoffman Lexus vehicle I will never buy a Lexus from Hoffman's from the sales manager tossing the keys at me from his desk to just the absolute disrespect from the sales person as well I cannot believe that the dealership is getting 4.8 out of five stars
