I had to have them out on a Sunday for a problem with my furnace. Tim came right when he said he'd be here! He explained everything that he did and why. My furnace was back up and working fine within 30 minutes. Tim was very kind and did a great job.
I have been a customer with Hodgsons for over 34 years. This is my second home served by them. They have always been knowledgable and pleasant. They have always made the repair as needed. Nathan has been to my home more than once and has gone above and beyond. He even changed the batteries in my thermostat as they were weak. I always know what to expect.

5 Stars for Brian as he was on time and very knowledgeable and courteous. He identified/diagnosed the issue and I was able to fix/replace myself for $300 cheaper than what the repair quote was.
Very pleased with Brian's work. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He corrected the problem we were having, and made recommendations for preventing other problems in the future.
Brian arrived right on time and completed my furnace repair in a timely manner. As always he was polite, friendly, and answered questions that I had. And my dog likes him too!
John R. was very professional and was able to fix our heat in no time at all. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and listening to my questions. I am very pleased with the service we received.
