Scott was nice, friendly and really knew what he was doing. Check and cleaned HVAC system fully inside and out. He fully followed the COVID 19 protocols with distancing, masks and gloves. He wore shoe covers in the house and removed them once out. Was the best I have had yet. Great Job!

Scott came to a puzzle and stayed till it was solved. He asked questions and followed the trail of clues to the answer. Even though we were the last call of the day, he never gave up, and once the problem was identified, he had the part needed on his truck. A great tech, backed by a great company.

Just had a new air conditioner put in last year from Hodgsons. Also purchased our furnace from them a while ago. Scott was here today to perform regular maintenance on furnace and air conditioner. He was very friendly and he wore shoe covers so my carpet wouldn't get dirty. He did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of service done or the purchase of a new air conditioner or furnace. Been dealing with Hodgson's for 16 years now since purchasing new HVAC equipment from them. Not only do they sell top quality products, they also hire and train top notch technicians to service those products. Scott was here today to perform annual maintenance. He found and corrected a potential problem, cleaned units thoroughly, and protected my floors by covering his shoes. He was an exemplary employee, professional and most friendly throughout the visit. Highly recommended!
We have always had wonderful service from Hodgson H/C for over 20 years. Today's annual service visit was handled by Brian, he was friendly, informative, and thorough. He represented Hodgson's tradition of excellent service and integrity very well. Brian was honest about the age of our equipment verses its current satisfactory operational condition, yet was not high pressure about replacement.
