A very personable man that is knowledgeable about his field. I didn't know what to expect but I received a 32pg report with pictures. My realtor was impressed with the extent of the report. I told him that I wanted MY interest to taken into account and I was satisfied that Will was looking out for me.

Will Hodges is the real deal. 17 years in the field and over 6000 homes in the DFW area. When your looking for an inspector ask for their license number, good chance they've only been doing it for a couple years. Some of these other guys may save you $25-$50 if you negotiate hard, but is it worth it to not go with a true and tried pro. Will was responsive, well versed (he can do termite inspections too!), and did a hell of an inspection. I contacted will on a Friday and he was doing my home inspection the next morning. My situation was very similar to that of another reviewer--Will responded to my HomeAdvisor query within minutes with a text message, answered my questions promptly, and was able to visit the property the next day. The timing was important, as I'm a prospective home buyer within my optional contract termination period. Will arrived at the property by around 9:30 and completed his work by 1PM. Mr Hodges was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He was less expensive than many others and still spent 4 hours on our home, taking extraordinary care to examine every detail. Will Hodges responded to my HomeAdvisor posting within minutes. He was able to do the inspection the very next day - important because I was in the option period of the sales contract and wanted to be sure I wouldn't have any surprises after the option expired. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and explained what he had done and observed in a thorough and understandable manner, and he had his report to me and my realtor the next morning.
