I've rented many places all my life. This is one of the best real estate agents I've dealt with. Communication and how things were handled were excellent. I understand that some reviewers had some bad experiences - it is inevitable that agents can not respond to fixing things when the owners do not respond. I reckon the agents here are trying their best. RENTERS BEWARE I’ve been renting a studio apartment though this agent since November 2019. Soon after I moved in and got settled into the apartment, I noticed a number of issues that needed to be fixed or repaired. I sent them a maintenance request to have these addressed. It has been 3 months since I sent that request and all of those issues still remain unaddressed. The absolute worst letting agent I have ever experienced as a tenant. I am a landlord in my home country and would be embarassed to have Hodges as a letting agent. Problems included: - When I pointed out some issues that I wanted fixed after moving in, the responses were incredibly patronising and actually quite insulting. We bought the property from them. We rented the property out with them, and we sold the property with them (over about a 7 year period). We couldn't have asked for a more professional, reliable and helpful team throughout the whole 7 years. Would definitely recommend.
