My doctor is amazing but one specific admin is rude and impossible to communicate with and she's the one that is at the desk 99 percent of the times

Very difficult to get through to. Called the office several times during specified hours with no answer and when we finally do get through we are told there are no appointments for over a month and a half and to call back another time. - The doctor is excellent once you are actually able to see him, but there is alot of pre-screening and red tape to get through if they even answer the phones to actually get an appointment or call back.

My doctor is great, I feel very well cared for during appointments, which is why this review is frustrating to write. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this office has been consistently difficult. It is extremely hard to get through by phone. Calls often go unanswered or they simply just hang up. As someone who works and can’t spend all day calling, this makes it really difficult to book appointments and get the care I need. I am glad to hear it sounds like the doctors here are good, I will agree with other reviewers that there is an unusually mean admin who works here as well as one who seems much nicer. I would wonder if most people are having bad experiences with this same one admin.
